I'm not professional trainer or nutricionist but I read lots of books about healthy eating and diets. I've lost around 20lbs in 5 months eating healthy and exerciseing and gained muscles. But I'VE NEVER starved myself.
I gained weight back because I have/had problems with binge eating.
And I'm starting to live my life happy and healthy again.
